I’m Gary Grassroots and I’m a curious plant. I’ve seen a lot of places around the world. ” They” take me everywhere, most of the time to test the environment.

My mother used to quote the philosopher Zeno: ‘ The goal of life is living in agreement with nature.’ Though we all know this isn’t as easy as it seems, my mother still moves me to make this world a better place. Anyhoo, my mother lives in a greenhouse, while my father died years ago because of deforestation. My health differs from time to time, but I suffer from climate change as well. I try to help all those victims, ’cause there is nothing more beautiful than helping each other.

People use to ask where I’m from and how old I am, but I can’t tell. I’m totally uprooted, so I am just a world citizen. If you have any questions, ask me!

In december I hope I can attent the Klimaforum in Copenhagen. Hopefully I will be alive and kicking! Will you be there too?
